At our studio, we encourage everyone to express their creativity with clay. Our private sessions are ideal for bespoke ceramic projects, where we guide you in creating your own work. We can help you develop a feasible plan and provide technical advice to bring your ideas to life.
However, if you prefer not to make the piece yourself, we do accept commissions. Please contact us with your requirements, and we’ll be happy to discuss a tailored solution for your project.

Yes, we welcome children in our classes! However, children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult supervisor. We also offer a "two-together" discount when you register for two participants at the same time.

Yes, kiln rentals are available. Please contact a staff member for details. You’ll need to provide technical information about the clay and glaze used. Only clay and glazes are permitted in the kiln—no other materials are accepted.

It typically takes around 2 weeks for your work to be ready for collection. Each piece requires two firings (bisque and glaze). While we aim to fire weekly, the schedule may be extended if there aren’t enough works to fill the kiln.

Each student is allowed one make-up session to cover a missed class. Classes are non-refundable once started.

Unfortunately we do not accept return or refund of our handmade products since each and every one of them are unique. We take great care in packaging your order, but we could not fully prevent issues beyond our control (e.g., during shipping).
If the product is faulty, please return it to us, and we will send you the correct product.

Your works will be ready for collection in 2-3 weeks time after class. We encourage you to collect in person from our studio. We can also ship to your but you need to be responsible for shipping cost.
