Cancellation Policy

Taster/Private Sessions:

• 3-day ahead Notice: Full refund or rescheduling based on availability.

• Within 24-72 Hours: 50% refund, or rescheduling based on availability.

• Less Than 24 Hours: No refund , or rescheduling based on availability.

Courses

• 14 days before the course start date: Full refund or rescheduling option.

• 7 days before the course start date: 50% refund or rescheduling option.

• Within 7 Days of the course start date: No refund.

• No-shows will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

If a student is unable to attend due to unforeseen emergencies (e.g., illness, family emergencies), please contact the studio and rescheduling may be offered at the studio’s discretion.

If the class is canceled by the studio (e.g., due to instructor illness or other unforeseen circumstances), students will be notified as soon as possible and offered with full refund or the option to reschedule to a future class.

This cancellation policy is designed to ensure fair treatment for all students and instructors. By booking a class or workshop, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Rescheduling Policy
